Some background;
I was born in Los Angeles in the post war 40's and spent my informative years
in southern California. Received an MFA ( Masters in Fine Arts) at Otis art Institute of Los Angeles
and have taught college art since the mid 70's, with periods of exploration in other fields related and not related to art.
I have considered myself a creative thinker and a practicing painter from the age of 15.

   Oils on car hoods found in the desert  along the road .
   Hoods from the 50's have reference to human form built
   into their design. This is a 1950 Ford hood.
                                                                                                                                            
      
 



  

          

             Not sure what kind of 70's car this comes from, but it has a Gothic look...
